Due to the electronic payroll process that is now in effect, paychecks will no longer be mailed.
If you have not transitioned to receive your biweekly pay electronically, your paycheck will be available for pick up at the Hershey Press Building Human Resources Support Center, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. You will need to present your employee ID to receive your paycheck.
*** Electronic Payroll Process in Effect!
Employees have the option to sign up for direct deposit with their personal bank account or a pay card account. Wisely pay cards are available to pick up in the Human Resources Support Center. They have computers and staff to assist on site. If using a personal bank account, please have the following information with you when enrolling:
